Unfair resigned contract

Hello

Can someone help me clarifying some swiss laws?.

I was recently dismissed from my work without a reason, the reason is clear for me because my manager never liked me but I thought that wasn't possible to fired someone without a reason. My resignation letter only mention the legal time of notice but doesn't have a reason that is legal? Can a company do this? And in my notice periode I'm allowed to take a day off for a interview job?

Thanks

No reason required in CH, they will make one up if you insist

You can take of time for job interviews during notice period.

Yes, they can do this and yes, you can take time off. I think it is half a day per week (at least in Kanton Zurich)
