Being fleeced?

There's a bit of confusion over my work contract and could use some advice.
I have tried with a few colleagues to clear it up and most confirm my fears.

Example: The Agent negotiated 20chf per hour for the Agency from the Client.

I as the worker for the agency get 18chf per hour as the Agency takes 10%.

The Admistration peep from the Agency says I get 18chf per hour though I only see 15chf written as gross pay brutto to be declared, on the contract that I must sign.

The reason for the other 3chf taken is that "charges to cover employer".

The 15 left over I get minus the usual deductions.

The 3 that gets lost in between seems a complete skimscam or is there something I am missing?

Thanks in advance for reading/helping.

DSB

Re: Being fleeced?

Employer contributions, perhaps?

There was a thread, recently, concerning how much an employee costs the employer.
Maybe some answers in there may shed some light.

Re: Being fleeced?

According to Quitt.ch, I'm being fleeced...the employer charges of 3chf are far more than required.

Re: Being fleeced?

The employer are taking in reality 2 chf more an hour than they should for Employer deductions.

Thanks very much TiMow...you saved me a nice chunk of change over time, just need to give them some shite!

If your "daily" rate was around 1,000chf per day - you'd take home around 830chf after all dedcuctions except for tax. You may well be charged out at 1,100chf per day.

When contracting here you pay the employer side of the deduction.

Re: Being fleeced?

So based on my above example, what would appear on the contractors contract?

18 or 15?
