Re: Weird work offer

In this situation is be looking out for a number of possible scams.

Is this a salaried position, or commission-only? Are you actually going to see a penny of income?

Are they going to offer to train you, for a fee? And then once they've taken your money the paid work promised suddenly vanishes in a puff of smoke.

What sort of real estate agent even has such a thing as an HR department? How many house for sale ads can you find from them?

Most likely answer, as often used in other circles: 'It's a scam; it's always a scam".

I don't think estate agents are qualified or even require to be registered. You need to be able to close deals to earn money, thats it.

Re: Weird work offer

He was born here and has a Swiss passport, but hes not Swiss. He is real estate angent, and he works so much that is crazy. But his salary is very very god. But i would not like to sit all day in office and work at computer. I would rather have small salary and work somewhere where i can move and acctualy do something with myself, expect typing on computer for 12 hours. This is the site

http://bellisimmobilien.com

Jana Hauzenberger, Bellis Immobilien AG
HR-Manager
Tel. +41445510065

She even left her phone number, but im gona call my friend and ask if he ever heard of them. I dont wanna work for them, but just to make clear its not
scamm. She told me :

She says also that they just recently opened their offices is Switzerland and Austria. The site looks so poor, but how come they are in register of the firms in Switzerland.

Re: Weird work offer

You are currently being tempted into a money laundering scheme: "Sie ... bekommen das Geld ... und leiten es ... weiter".

Someone, for once, is trying harder, more professionally, to convince people that the business is legitimate. From that perspective, the WHOIS entry is disappointing (for lack of covertness).

It would be very interesting to learn how elaborate the setup really is. Are the phone numbers in Russia and Switzerland connected? Does anybody answer them, appropriately? How far does the story go?

But, really, it seems as if these parties are improving their tactics. Just a few days ago I received an email purporting to originate from PayPal. The difference compared to previous attempts? For once, proper language, proper style, a very nice text. The give-aways were quite subtle.

It would not be weir if I applyed and they send me and offer, but I never saw this job or anything. You can just see it a scamm, web site looks so unprofessional and I never heard of these pleaces that they are renting apartments at.

I'm pretty sure that while the company exists, someone found out they don't have a website and just registered one for them.
You can check moneyhouse.ch to see that it's probably a "dormant" company - and has been for years.

I would report it directly to SWITCH:
https://www.switch.ch/security/contact/

It could be that the registrar itself is in on this....

You must have been not reading the content of your email spam folder for the last decade or so.

What you see is totally "normal", and the fact that you get a job offer out of the blue while you are in fact looking for a job is due to coincidence (these things are being sent at the scale of millions), rather than causality.

And because you knew that it was a scam[*] and should be studied for entertainment or be deleted outright, you started a thread here, saying "Im mean like im so confused dont know what to think or say. Cant even sleep right now."

[*] This is not a scam. An attempt is being made to integrate you into the value chain of organized crime. There is every reason to believe that you would receive the money to be forwarded, that you would be paid upon completion of your job. It is the ... other ... consequences that make this a job a tad unattractive.

No. He/she simply pointed out that you appeared to believe it was real and, when presented with indications otherwise, attempted to retroactively change your position.

I don't believe I saw any gallows, so hanging doesn't really come into it.
