Yes, I managed 4, and 2 of those I opened, and all company stores. 1 was scheduled to go to franchise, but the hopeful franchisee was declined in the end..... maybe he wasn't catholic?
That explains a lot. You do realize that not everyone has a great impression about McDonalds and they are entitled to expose it, dont you?
(just a matter of fact, I personally couldnt care less about this company and its stores etc)
Just saying.
P.S. Apparently after Novartis, this company is the second one which shouldnt possibly be criticized on EF. Whatever...

Where do you get that idea, there's loads of criticism of both on EF.

Novartis smells of poo. McDonalds is a puff.

There, see.

Nonsense, but being factually accurate helps, or without a modicum of understanding of a business model you add little value, just a generic moan.

It would be like me if I were to moan when I spotted a dead squashed mouse by the Volvo garage when my car went in for it's new boots. It would be ridiculous to say Volvo are animal haters for allowing a mouse to be driven over on their premisis, or unhygienic because they had a mouse, or that Volvo was inept because there was a mouse in the 1st place.

But I'm sure the tens of thousands who work for McDonalds, the myriad of suppliers that provide food or equipment, the builders who build them, the folks who benefit from the direct and indirect tax revenues, the local economy, and basically anyone who derives income from the goods and services generated from McDonalds thank you for not caring about them

Some of us aren't paid to stay at home, we have families to support etc.

My ideal job would be sailing instructor in summer and ski instructor in winter, but that wouldn't pay our mortgage and at least for the summer part allow us to be together as a family. Life for most people is full of compromises.

Perhaps posting rubbish on a thread about work when you seem to have no real life experience is why you're being described as a troll?
You haven't got your priorities straight then. You take out a mortgage yet you know full well it will mean that you can't do your ideal job(s) if you do so? That doesn't make any sense at all! Plain bonkers!

You really are the most despicable person on this forum for the moment. I'm sure that is exactly what you are trying to be so pointless to keep on reacting to your futile comments. Still I find myself doing it.
Then stop doing it and move along to another thread!

Just wonder how long it will take before someone with authority here actually bans you and reliefs all of us from reading your BS posts.
Various other users were banned and I understand (from reading various threads) they then made new accounts and continued posting under new names, causing all sorts fo trouble, so what is the actual point in banning? Please don't be rude, it is really not nice!
Quote:

Not long. We only get 24 hour's respite but better than nothing I guess.
There should have not been a ban at all. Not that I noticed it though. Banning is wrong and hurtful. Particularly if the user has done absolutely nothing wrong! Everyone is entitled to an opinion. There is no need for other users to request that a user is banned just because they disagree with that person's opinion. I disagree with some users' comments and opinions, but I have never asked for anyone to be banned. That would be simply pointless. Some users are rude, disgusting and discriminate openly against others. Nobody does anything about that, it is openly tolerated! Yet more often than not, it is the victims that are frowned upon, spitefully bullied further and in some cases possibly banned. How ludicrous and inhumane is that?

We did so miss your insightful, life based, and inspirationally accurate threads Plumtroll.

Your absence sent a shockwave through the entire forum, such was the reaction to your ban. I believe mods were seen being chased accross Parade Platz, and had to go in to hiding in fear of the lynch mobs... bet they wish they'd made the ban permenant now

Only in your opinion. Just because you disagree with someone else's opinion, doesn't mean to say you have to be nasty to them. That is plainly wrong.

I can't drive, but I don't see what that has to do with anything. Please stop being nasty, it is wrong what you are doing. There is simply no need to be rude and hurtful to other users of the forum. You can disagree with the opinions of others, you can also state that you disagree, but resorting to spiteful and hate-ridden remarks is always very wrong.
