I have been working for the same employer for more than 2 years now and two months ago he fired me.
I'm supposed to stop working on 31.01.2016 and I'm already registered at the RAV.
Now, yesterday I found out I'm pregnant
but it is very early, only 5 weeks so I will be 12 weeks pregnant when I stop working.
Just to mention, I had a miscarriage a few months ago so I don't really want to tell anyone before I see everything is ok.
My questions are:
1. If I tell my employer I'm pregnant in a few weeks, can he still let me go at the end of January?
2. When should I tell the RAV? How does it influence the unemployment process there?
