Thanks for all the subtle hints. Here is some additional info: I have experience in functional and technical design, experience with business intelligence, data warehouse, SQL, PL/SQL, proces optimisation, BPM and data architecture. I started to work as an Oracle developer and at the moment I do more functional/technical design, I can be a very at " translating" business requirements into a efficient technical design. Years of experience 20, good references. No pets.

What I do? Well, basically, I talk to people and then they talk back. I type on a keyboard and then I see things on a screen. This goes on for days and then it's weekend.

the no pets is definitely a warning sign...i mean all IT guys have at least 1 cat to use a laptop as a bed...

CHF 120-150 per hour, the 120 is a liberal lower limit and the 150 is a pessimistic upper limit.

Sorry, I don't mean to seem pedantic but "having experience" and "I can be" isn't telling us much. Perhaps you are extremely modest, or perhaps you are trying to polish a turd, but when you're looking for work and selling your skills, you have to spell out what you actually do well.

What are you? A professional and competent what?

Sounds like product owner / application architect to me (depending on whether it's more functional or technical design).
