Thanks EVERYONE!! this is a huge help and i will start sifting thought all this info and figure out my next step. I will ask for AHV # and see what happens from there. I risk not being able to enter europe again which is a worry for me. It is a lot of money but not so much where not entering europe again is a possibility if i take legal actions.
