I have decided to quit my current job in China and want to find a similiar job in Zurich. I already started to apply for job, and there is some reply already. But I have no idea of how much salary I shall ask for the job. I am applying for low cost country souricng manager or international sourcing manager position focus on Low cost country such as China or India. I Would like some hint about the salary level. My brief background is like this: Bechelor of engineering in a top chinese university, International MBA at a US university. 16 years of total working experience on procurement, sourcing, logistics and operations. My current job is three years of global sourcing manager for an American Engineering Firm in China. I want to utilize my knowledge on China, so For such a job like : international sourcing manager, or low cost country manager which focus on experience of China or India, how shall I ask for salary?

Welcome to EF...
I don't know anything about you specific area, but I imagine it reflects the rest of the Swiss job market, here are some quick thoughts.
You will likely find that the Swiss market has a relatively well established salary level for your given job. You will likely be told the number prior to receiving an official offer of employment and there will not be much room for negotiation. You may be able to negotiate a package that includes extras such as moving costs, language courses, etc especially if you are a specialist or if they specifically need someone from China. This is likely your best place to bargain since base comp and holidays are, as I said, usually set in advance.
