My wife is negotiating a salary (as a Domain Consultant / Sales Support kind of role) for a sales / marketing analytics company having offices in Switzerland & offering consulting services to Pharma companies worldwide.

What is the kind of salary she should negotiate for? 70 K + benefits (like incentives, bonuses) or higher? She has a Pharma degree (BS) with 6 years of work experience in the Pharma sector.

Btw, I am an IT professional working in Basel Stadt and we have one kid (less than 2 years old).

70k is too low, maybe 90-110k, but depends on commission and bonus rates.
