I'm working on a diversification project for a company located in Luxembourg. I'm interested in launching a new BU in Switzerland. So, I would like to know more about the market and the best recruitment companies. I heard that all recruitments are processed by specialists. Companies do not hire directly from the labour market.

I work in Finance and will be moving to Switzerland in February. I have quite a few interviews coming up (second round) and decided to just move there for a month while I go for interviews. I think I have approached/I have been approached by quite a few recruitment agencies. The best one in Zurich in my opinion is Swisslinx, followed by recruitment agents in London. I think MP are supposed to be the best, although I am afraid I can’t comment as they never bothered to get back to me (yes, I am bitter!!). There is another agent I am using in Zug, and she is very good, but I think she is a one man woman.

Sorry just thought I would add, the agents in London are actually getting me interviews in Zurich rather than London.

Erm, yes sorry, I think I meant something like a one band woman (or whatever the saying is) but I must have other things on my mind!

Is the BU that you are considering intended to be a recruitment agency in itself ?
