is there any (other than standard ALV) insurance which could cover up above 125k (old 106k) that is paid by RAV/arbeitlosekasse - one could take - commercial product or so ?

what in situation of people earning 300k - can they still afford payment of 5k/month for intrests on house ?

I know banks offer mortgage insurance these days...
