Insurance Translated Form for Unemployment

Here is my desperate plea...
Ok, in previous posts I have ranted about I am with out need of speaking german, due to some great talents...ok, I am wrong. Apologies to all.
I have been punching into the google translator for the last couple days, when I have time at night, this relentless fury of repetitive swiss german text where anything with two dots or the infinite number of versions of the word Arbeit come up, to not being translated, and I am only 4 pages of like a dozen in!!!
Does anyone know if there is an english version of these pages? I will trade a few bottles of wine for the help, a grin, and real sincere handshake. It is driving me mad!!! And there isn't even certainty that I will get any assistance. Even though they seemed rather confident(or may be that was actually laughter) at the Gemeindahaus, I would get help. Again if anyone has a link, or has the phenominal ability to help me with this form, I am your new best friend; well...sorta'. Thank you in advance.

Hm, maybe if you gave us a link to what you're looking at and what you need translated?

Also, if you're looking at proper forms, none of it should be in Swiss German.

And don't forget, in Google you can always put the letter e after a letter in place of an umlaut. For example: fährt can be put into google translator as faehrt.

Re: Insurance Translated Form for Unemployment

Well... i have developed an enormous talent for bambi eyes to cover for my language skills (or lack thereof). Sometimes, it does work, other times, not.... Showing legs also helps, but with the cold, i don't really see the point of it

Anyway - the RAV in Zurich seems to be sensitive and aware that they have a lot of customers who cannot speak German. Try to ask your Berater [Counselor] for a translated version. I mean, ask humbly and recognize you have a problem with that.... thank profusely at the end.

In this website http://www.jobarea.ch/ you have translate samples of most documents.

If it is the yellow papers, i have just gone through it, and it is really a pain in the neck. I got help from HR to fill it, but if there is specifically anything that you need to know, i can _try_ to remember what was the question.

PS - how many of us have lost their jobs in the past 2 months? I am starting to miss the infamous "how much should i earn" question....

A translated version of the yellow paper can be found here. I submitted the English version, rather than fill in the German version with my English answers and it was accepted without question.

Hopefully your legs are a little more interesting to look at then mine. However, whatever is takes.
Yes it is the yellow form(s). I will try that link. I am giddy with excitement just reading that post.

Maybe it is just me but I don't see any English version or translated version of the yellow form "Antrag auf Arbeitlosenentschaedigung"
