I believe it could be extremely useful for us if we had the chance the actually talk with an HR person / recruiter. What does HR/Recruiters look in a CV, what is the best way to present the materials, how does the recruiting process goes, interview styles, what to do/no to do during interviews... Just to have a better perception of what happens once you dossier hits the prospect employer.
