I'm currently 27 years of age and lived here in Manila for the last 9 years.
Now I'm planning coming back home to Zurich but would like to hear your suggestions first with regards to employment.
I worked for 4 years in a call center and currently am employed at IBM as a team leader for BTO. Do you think I would have good chances in Zurich finding a skilled job? Or what do you think of my move coming back home?
I'd appreciate any replies and/or suggestions from you guys!

Have you considered asking IBM about employment here in Switzerland, that could be a possibility. (Unless you hate the company) I would have thought that you'd have every opportunity to check out the job market from where you are. After all you wont have any language or permit problems. (Or will you?)

Hi thanks for your reply. Language and permits would not pose any problems. I asked IBM already but unfortunately they are not hiring anyone as of now and it will not look good in the future either as they are outsourcing almost everything.
