my name is mangesh naik . i am student of hotelmanagement schol from luzern . as part of study i have to do my six month practical trainning with restourent or in hotel . so sign a contract in chinise resturent in luzern ..

as per as my contract i have to get my 2 days off but it is not getting when i disscus this matter with boss he said u will get only 1 day off if u wanna to work u work or u can live the job he said and also he told me that everyone is working for 1 day off and why u insisting 2 day i said as per as contract i want my 2 days off but he refuse .. and also iasked do u giving me compansatiton for that one day as money he said no... i dont know what to do .. pls help me ...

AND ALSO I SPOKE TO MY OWNER HE SAID SINCE MANY YEARS I HIERS STUNTDS FOR ONLY ONE DAY OFF .. IF WANT TO WORK U CAN WORK OTHERWISE U CAN LEAVE THE JOB ... I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO... SOME BODY TOLD ME GO TO ARRBIT LOSS OFFICE AND REGISTERD CASE AGAINST HIM SHALL I DO THAT????????

complaining to the school is surely the best route to go but there are others. It would depend on him and his personality if you want to try them. An example would be to keep time sheets and try to get him to sign them - say you need them for your course. Then when you have worked for 5 months take the last month of as holiday in lieu. Tell him of course that you are going to do this only at the end of the 5 month. If he does not pay you then claim through the workers court. If he tells you to work - then only if he pays in advance etc. Another thing is to take the 2 days of per contract. If he then sacks you, he will need to do this through the school - at least if it is an official practikum. At this point you can state the reasons why you took the two days off and you do not have any troubles with the school and he stops getting students to help him out.

my onwer said i run my resturent according to chinise rule not by swiss rule so only one day off for u and all he is asking me why u have problem and not rest off all?????????

Well remind him he is not in China and if he does not want to hear the voice of reason, shop him to the "Gemeinde" trading standards unit.
