Should you be applying for jobs and have a qualification from abroad, it may be worthwhile having your qualification recognised by the appropriate regulatory body here in Switzerland.

There's a free service from the institution 'Swiss ENIC' / CRUS, whereby they will certify that your diploma is what it says it is. Believe it or not, there's often a section on whether the applicants Uni is known or not on HR's list of 'wants'.

You may wish to contact them and have your stuff certified (again!) as HR people will take kindly to you having made the effort to explain if your degree in 'Angelina Jolie Studies' from the University of Cyberspace is worth the paper it's written on...
