I'm searching for my future wife a work. She is a native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker,at the same time she speaks quite good English and intermediate German. She has a diploma on Social Science in China and has several years working experience on import & export branch. I wanna know in which field she can have chances to find a work in Switzerland (preferably near Zug area), and what kind of companies can hire her.

She is very motivated but doesn't know much about the Swiss work market. I really wanna help her with her job-searching. If someone can lend us a hand or give us more respective information, we'll be very grateful!
