One of the company in Geneva offers me a 3 months fixed contract. The job for a full time position pays around 95K to 110K. I am wondering what would I be expected on the contract. How much I will be getting? OT pay?

since I never worked in Switzerland or any European countries before, just curious how the paying system works here.

A lot depends on whether they will employ you for those 3 months or whether you will be expected to invoice them for your services.
