Does anyone know of any I.T. jobs in Switzerland, I am losing my job. Been here about 3 years working (this time around) ....I worked as a B.A. or Software Tester...

I applied for some jobs in England, got response back but not sure if I want to live there...

Seriously thinking about looking for work in South of France...does anyone know of any I.T. companies there? Or am I just wishing......

Next time you're awake try telling us what field you're in and (in a nutshell) what kind of experience you have... that would help us to help you.

Check out the Roche Diagnostics (based in Rotkreuz, Kanton Zug) website for jobs. There is a support job posted as I see it... Otherwise just brainstorm google search for all the potentially big companies in CH that might need testers or BAs and drop by with or post your CV. Also send your CV to a recruiting agency like Hays etc - that's how I got my job.

Otherwise good luck... 'they' say that this crisis thing is supposed to be easing up, so hopefully this helps your situation a bit.

at http://www.jobserve.com/ there are at least 5 jobs with the word "Tester" in the title, and a dozen more which mention it in the job description. I guess I should not list here all the job sites for Switzerland

Thank you very much for the info, I have been searching on the websites I found on the other thread for employment...it's a start, 2 rejections so far , I hope the job market gets better for me and others that are losing their jobs and want to stay in Switzerland...

2 rejections, you're joking. It usually takes few dozens of CV sendings before one finds a decent job.

There is Sophia Antipolis near Nice. I don't think they hiring that much tough.... and be prepared for low salaries.

swisser, I don't know your exact qualifications, but I have a feeling there's a constant demand for software testers, as I regularly browse through sites like monster.ch, jobserve.com, freelancermap.ch.
