Zurich or bust...

I am so very glad I found this site it is entertaining as well as highly informative.

It has been a little over a year since I met and subsequently fell in love with a great guy - problem is, he lives in Zurich, Switzerland and I in Westport, Connecticut. Deciding life is too short, I have chosen to surrender my life as I know it and make the move, that is the easy part, I understand it is what comes next that is difficult, entry into your country. I speak English and Spanish fluently and am currently working on mastering German, have been employed by an international insurance company on New York city's Wall Street for over 15 years in various positions of increasing responsibility, I will be contacting all of the resources available to me through my current employer, however want to network as much as I can in order to minimize the time to finally make the move.

Please, to any and all that have advice, please feel free - I know I am going to need all the help I can get and appreciate the most seemingly trivial of opinions.

Judging by your background, I think you'd have a really good chance at finding something here. Good luck, keep us updated. (I grew up in Woodbury, CT. )
