I read about this department (Disoccupazione) which helps in getting jobs for people who have a resident permit?

Any idea about what would be the best way to get in touch with them.

This is the unemployment office. Usually you have to be eligible for unemployment/social benefits before they help you get a job, i.e. it's not an employment agency.
