Hey all -

Can anyone recommend an employment lawyer in Lugano? My company is refusing to pay my bonus (2nd year of doing that) even though it is stipulated in my contract... I would like to talk to an attorney to see what recourse I have, if any. Oh, and due to the unfortunate fact that my Italian is rubbish, the talking will have to be in English.

I could pull one out of a directory, but thought I would check to see if anyone had recommendations (either pro or con).

Hello Janice, take a look at this mediation service in Lugano; as far as I know it's pretty cheap too. I'm afraid the information only seems to be in Italian though. Let me know if you are stuck with the language and I can always help you to make sense of it.
