at last I've got first offer from Lausanne company.
Job function is junior technical trainer. They offered me 94K francs per year.
At present I live in Italy and to make a comparison with my salary here I should know exactly net salary per month.
Please can u give me some help in calculating it? (I'm lost in calculators I found )

Since you would come in here under a permit, you would be taxed at source (impot a la source) and they taxation level in Vaud can be found here: http://www.vd.ch/fr/themes/etat-droi...ource/baremes/

The taxation level when impot a la source depends also on whether you are single, married and if you have kids and also how many kids. If you could provide some details on your personal situation, I can find the exact level.

94k for a Junior position doesn't sound too bad. Seen plenty worse...

let's not get silly here.. he might not live it up high and mighty like some of the stuffy expats on this forum but this is still 1.5 of average pay in Ch

AGREED... You would be able to easily EASILY live off that salary and still have a good lifestyle... I am not saying BMW X6 or Volvo XC90 car choices, but more VW Golf or Audi A3 choice.

Earning 94K per year, and being single, you would pay:

16.16% impot a la source.
5.05% AVS
1.00% Chomage
2-5% LPP (exact is dependent on the company itself as this is 2nd pillar)
3% Other

So a rough estimate would be 65500 CHF net per year.

Just take about 22% off and you should have your net salary.
You can still afford the X5 on that...

Honestly I donno if I'll accept coz at present I've got 2700€ net per month in italy (x13months including bonuses) plus car with 5years of working experience and a Master Degree in electronics engineering (at 23years with laudem). At present I'm product manager for a german multinational company and they're offering me in Switzerland an entry level position with a salary that isn't equivalent to mine. It looks not so much fair.
Just to satisfy somebody'curiosity, I want to change not for more money but to improve my life quality (I drive 80000km per year!).

Depends what kind of training it is. If its a common product then the world of training is pretty full and has been for some time so your not giving yourself a set of niche or in-demand skills. If it's a specialist field then this would more useful in any future positions.

Congrats for the offer and success. I remember you started a similar disucssion some weeks-months ago. I am happy it finally worked for you.

I think you should definitely take the offer and consider non-salary aspects of it:

1) intl experience - although there is not much essential difference between Italy and CH - western culture
2) change always goes with positive emotions, unless you're homesick or leave someone beloved at home
3) think of it as a stepping stone to further positions in CH

94,000CHF is pretty acceptable for a 28 year old, surely. I'd also assume (having never been) that Lausanne is cheaper than Basel and Zurich.
