Huh? Schiphol is nice, but nowhere have I walked further. Ok, Frankfurt is worse, but transferring between gates B and H for example is a long long way...

For intra-european flights, I would agree. But for intercontinental flights, Swiss is definitely still better than its parent and KLM, though I have not been on business longhaul on Air France. When all the new seats are rolled out, Swiss would be in a class of its own in terms of equipment at least. Imagine sitting in one of those single seats by the window with no one next to you!
By the way, on the question of salary, living in Zug could mean up to Fr.5000 less income tax...
