Salary: Pharmaceutical R&D, PhD + 10y experience?

Hi!

Just had a job interview at a major big pharma company and now I need to send them my salary wish next week.

What do you think? I am a PhD with 10 years of relevant post-doctoral research experience from Europe and North America. My previous salary in Canada was $120k...

I would be very grateful for any views!

Well, that directly converts to 130k CHF, so aim around that figure.

And yes, you can live veerrryyy well on that salary.

Depends on what they are looking for, but if you are in mid-level management then you should ask for over 160 K CHF.
