And here I was, worried that younger people would come into the market and steal my job. Seems I'm safe for a few more years yet, if this is the level of expertise coming my way.

Thanks for the support. I got feedback from the SAP training center in Regensdorf. They don't have SAP course in English but they suggested E-Academy at the following link:

Price is 3200 EUR including support, materials and exam. The lady informed me there is 15% discount now.

It's a lot of money to spend, and the chances of getting a ROI are, in my opinion, small. Just be aware of that, before you sign on the dotted line.
