anyone out there in the creative field? cannot find job leads to save my life... not even a listing of firms online to try to get in touch. all i see in geneva is banking... and international relations...

where's an interior architect to go? : ) i have skills to offer; just don't know that anyone wants them here...

Then look a bit harder and stop feeling sorry for yourself. I dont know about Geneva specifically, but I recently did a similar search for interior design/architecture companies for a friend. Get a German or French translation for the equivalent terms for interior design etc and even a job search on jobs.ch yields results.

There are plenty of architecture/interior/design firms in Geneva. I don't know why you are having such a hard time finding them.

So while on this topic....can anyone tell me what an architect who has been working in the industry for 13 years ( 10 in Australia) would expect to earn per month brutto? And are there many positions around? Preferably not in Basel. Maybe the french part eg. Lausanne, Vevey? Or even Zurich. I have looked on the Architects.com site but there is no mention of pay. I would really appreciate any information.
