I would like to know from all you creative types out there if there are any bars here in Zurich or surrounding areas, where there are open mic nights or that are regular venues for live music. And I'm not talking about pub bands playing covers.

Genuine music venues...the only one I've seen is La Catrina. But I don't know if they do take on just anyone.

I'd love to know if you found anything after sending this message out there. I've been singing for years, usually with my guitar and my sister, who also plays guitar, but I've recently moved to Zurich and don't have a guitar yet. I'm eager to get back into the music scene, so please let me know if you have found anything!
