Hi all,

There's this poet I know from London who would like to do a Swiss mini tour, self financed, around the end of January. So I'm wondering if anybody is aware of venues for English-language slam poetry.

His work is funny, but it's not remotely like stand-up, so I don't see it as fitting with Funny Laundry. Surely there's something around, no?

About a month ago there was a big, international, 2-day poetry slam event at Schiffbau in Zurich.... keep an eye on the Zuritipps insert that comes in Tages Anzeiger on a Thursday I think and you may spot somewhere... I get the feeling it's not a regular event though
