This place has a huge selection of comics. Nice guy that runs it, too.

Comics in German, French and English

I'm afraid I don't know. But you could drop them an email and ask: schreiben@jeeg.ch

Jeeg has a couple of (second-hand?) mangas in Japanese but only very few and they are either old or random individual volumes from long series. Most of the mangas sold in this shop are in German.

Oh I don't speak German (started a rosetta stone course ) do you know of any other shop where I can get mangas in Italian?

Jeeg has a few shelves of English stuff, and even half a shelf of original Japanese. I don't recall seeing any Italian, though.
