It's actually quite good; every 1st Monday of the month they have a band playing (triple Bypass) and these boys are great, otherwise it's a place to go for a beer and sometimes a bar meal, they have a great beer selection but the prices are a bit high. And they show a lot of sports on the big screen.

Er... uh... seems to me, you GOT some hugs on Saturday night!

So far as their service goes though, I've never ordered any food there so have no idea. They generally are pretty friendly with me when I order my cider though.

Yes, yes certainly I got all them hugs...

...and I've been to Mr. Pickwicks once before and the service was your average Swiss service. It's just that they forgot our order and felt indifferent about it. Also, there was some lack of communication on their behalf (or the lady at the bar simply had a bad day/evening)..but waiting that long for food was simply unacceptable.
