| Sounds interesting. Do you have a website or a menu to give us an idea of what you may serve and the price range? Thanks. | |

my webpage is under construction I have just realised it focuses almost entirely on fish and game so probably not useful to you.
I don't know what kind of food you like so I have come up with a sample menu based on what I would like to eat tonight. It's a traditional five course meal. I can also make a feast, where, rather than having a first course and second course, I fill the table with lots of different dishes for you to share, I find this works best with Ottolenghi style food.
Canapes -
Goat's cheese and tomato chilli jam on brioche toast
Olive tapenade on slow roasted tomato and basil foccaccia
Starter
Pumpkin soup (a Raymond Blanc recipe made with Sauternes) served with croutons
Main Course
Filled courgettes with ricotta and toasted almonds and tomato sauce (Cranks) with pommes Anna, herb salad.
Pudding
Plum frangipani tart with plum sauce and Gruyere cream
Coffee and petit fours
I would wash up and clean the kitchen before leaving.
For six people I would charge you a flat rate for my time plus the cost of ingredients - I estimate that this would cost 400 chf and there would probably be leftovers to nibble on the next day.
Obviously what it would be possible for me to make would be partially dependent on the space and equipment available in your kitchen but I am used to improvising.
All the best
Hugh
