Dear all i am new to the forum and i had a quick scout through - but could not find anything on the Cinemas in Basel. Perhaps not looking in the right place?

Does anyone know the best one to go to which shows the films in English. I would love to go and see a film after 6 years and relax with out having to constantly translate and miss vital bits.

I heard it is possible but don't know were to go

http://www.cineman.ch/kinoprogramm/Basel/ look for Edf this means the film is in English with German & French sub titles. D, Fd, Sp, CH are not in English.

Most of the cinemas show some films in English, just look for "E/d/f" - the capital "E" indicates that audio is English and lowercase "d/f" that there are German and French subtitles.

E.T.A. Sbrinz beat me to it, and that is a good link becasue you can filter to show only films that are in English.
