it's one of the biggest...whether it's one of the best depends on where you are as a dancer. My advanced (female) dance partners favour the (warmer & cheaper) summer festivals. As a guy you might be more interested in workshops in a particular style/with a specific teacher. Zürich congress offers a lot of workshops, is in a city centre and is very well organised. Attracts a lot of internationals/serious dancers so similar to hamburg and berlin (perhaps intimidating for beginners). The lineup will be strictly salsa with on1, on2 and cuban.

Other festivals can be smaller (more personable) and offer other dance styles in addition (bachata,zouk) with fewer big names, cheaper tickets and less serious dancers
