Saturday night I will be in Interlaken and am looking for a really good cheese fondue restaurant, last time I was there was 1998 so the restaurants have no doubt changed a little since then, any suggestions?

Only just seen this, hope you found somewhere good. Despite its very touristy name restaurant "chalet" on the main street near west rail station was perfectly acceptable.
