Definalty mentyio me to help with a better deal , as I used to live where the shop was and they know me well, and my mates here all buy them now anbd mates from all over the world. Say my friend Caroline from Switzerland recomeded me, as they usually look after you when asking for extra, you need to ask on the comments part for some popadumns which they usuallly send free, the plain and garlic or spicy are the best.
Tip for popadumns, dont fry them !! Brush very very lighlty with olive oil and pop in microwave until they turn crisp.
Also I cannot recommend enoiugh the xacutti curry, we have it very hot but you can chose your strength.
It is a thick sauce and very yummy. But you may want to go for medium or mild if you are not a fan of vindalloo strenth. Intense and superbt flavours !!
I dont follow the isntructions on the packet, what i do is cook the sauce for about 2 hours on really low, then sieve the grit stuff and discard, then blend the rest with my magi mix blender , then I freeze the sauce, which by the way gets hotter in the freezer !!
and take out and deforst as and when I need , about 4 hours before and add prawns chicken or fillet of pork cook for only 30 minds or so , yum yum , but beef never very good for xacutti
It is the best ever place to get the mix , it comes fresh and ready to freeze, because not only does it taste like a restaurarnt you can feeeze the mix packets as soon as you get them
Also you must must buy but the bombay potaoes, medium strength , follow the instircutions and allow the spuds to cool but when you are cooking in the final stages add a bit oil and then garlic and curry powder yummy yum
I am a real curry queen addict and this is the best place ever to buy !!
