Any ideas on romantic things to do in Lausanne, other than bars and clubs.

Ideas I have already:

Boat ride on lake
Stroll in vinyards
Walk in ouchy or Montreaux
Bike ride.

Good that you're off the bars and clubs thing, as that wouldn't really qualify as romantic in my book.

How about making the other person dinner, from scratch, at your place? Pair with a nice bottle of wine and some candles on the table.

Don't forget to sweep up the dust bunnies and kill the spiders first tho...

A picnic by the lake, preferably with a proper blanket, if the weather is nice.

Art gallery or museum, if the weather is not so nice.
