Speaking of curry....does anyone know a shop/supermarket where u can buy naan bread? I know u can get it from a restaurant but was thinking of Tesco,Sainsbury's etc where u can get a whole range . it's too far to go back to the UK for a piece of bread.

There's an Indian shop by the main SBB in Basel... i think. If you come out to all the trams from the station then i think it's in the bunch of shops to the left behind Burger King... perhaps on Küchengasse by Qualipet.

If you check it out then let me know if they've got Kulcha, Peshwari or Garlic... mmmm... and a mini tandoori oven i guess

Just keep an eye on the Calendar. They happen once a month and are very popular. I think it's usually the 1st Tuesday of the month.
