Hi,

I am looking for a nice and romantic place to take my girl for dinner later this week, she will be leaving for South Africa a few days later for 10 months Since we are both students it should not to be to expensive... ...I know difficult in Zurich... ...it would be nice if it wasn't to far from Oerlikon.

guess that could be an option as well, but I tend to do that quite often...
...some home made food, mojitos, candles and movie... ...there you have some romance... ...but think it might be nice to go somewhere for a change this time... ...and then have the homemade version the veing before she leaves

If you're looking for a restaurant in Oerlikon then I can recommend Rolli's, its a steak house, and if you just have a steak each with a glass of wine, you should manage in CHF 100 (for the two of you). If that's too expensive then I can recommend Mamma Mia (also in Oerlikon), its our favorite Italian restaurant, and yes its cosy and romantic. The prices start at I think around CHF 18 for a pizza and for pasta around CHF 25. Hope this helps.

I really like Fattoria, a small Italian place that is about a 5-10 walk from Oerlikon. Fantastic, authentic Italian food and nice atmosphere.
