I visit Bern fairly regularly to visit family, but always end up at the sme couple of restaurants - the Casino and the one in the Tierpark (I stay on Jubilaumstrasse).
I would love to be able to suggest a few alternative options. I eat almost anything, so unique food styles or unique restaurant locations would be great!

Try Restaurant Kirchenfeld on the same side of the river than Jubiläumsstrasse: www.kirchenfeld.ch

Or the Altes Tramdepot, with it's own brewery www.altestramdepot.ch close to the bearpit.

Or a legend in Bern: Restaurant della Casa: www.della-casa.ch
