I've been about five times, often when I have visitors. It is quite expensive, but an interesting experience. You have to book months in advance, but sometimes you can call on the day and get cancellations.
CNN ran a story about a place in New York which has basically ripped off the idea. They way they told it the place in the New York was a "world first". This was utter rubbish. The waiters wore nightvision goggles and it was not total darkness. In the blind cow the waiters ARE blind, and there is absolutely no light allowed.
