Question back...is gluten-free pizza actually worth eating? Gluten is normally pretty important for a decent yeast dough. For pizza where you really need a stretchy dough I'd have thought it was pretty well essential
As a coealic myself: Worth eating? well - you can either eat GF Pizza or a salad with some vinegar and oil, because eating a normal pizza is just out of the question.

by the way: Best Pizza-places in the Germanic region are (in my eyes) "Da Bucolo" in Berne (24hrs notice), and "Sternen" in Solothurn.
The da Bucolo pizza is the thin southern variation, very tasty. The pizzeria is very small, reservation is recommended. Their pizzaiolo was European Pizza Champion back in 2006, and still is a master of his craft.
The Pizza in Solothurn is thicker, a more northern variation, a bit like an overloaded foccacia. But they have excellent trained staff, and their GF salad sauce is delicious! (and one always receives a fresh GF roll with the salad)
