Hi everyone!
I used to enjoy a nice big bowl of pho soup in Canada for the equivalent of 7CHF. Now I realize I can't get it at that price here, but does anyone know if there's an "authentic" (or, as I know it) place to buy the soup here? I've found some recipes, but I really dont have 3 hours to make beef stock ....

Tried something calling itself "beef noodle soup" at lilly's the other day, it was similar.. but just not the same. Missing a certain something....

Anyone else a fan of the soup? (Despite it not really being soup season right now)

I know exactly what you mean. I miss a lot of asian style soups for reasonable prices. They pop up occassionally for 25 francs per bowl in many Asian eateries, but are usually bland and unexciting. I guess if anyone knows it would be Nanda - maybe she'll pop in with a few words.

But don't hold your breath for an answer you might like...
