My favorites are the pintxos in many of the bars in the old town of Donostia (San Sebastian). Just walk, take a peak and choose what appeals to you.

I'll second that. However some aren't so good and they're not actually restaurants they are Tapas bars. Brilliant one in our village, Pepe's Bar, Colmenar, Andalucia.
