Fun on Dec 30 or 31 [nightlife in Zurich, where to find]

Happy holidays to everyone!

I'm visiting from America and chilling in Zurich over the holiday season. I would love to get to know some people and go out to enjoy some nightlife, possibly with some hiphop, R&B, Reggae, or house music.

Can anyone give me some pointers on where I can go this Wednesday or Thursday for some nice parties?
