I am currently in the process of forming an English-speaking Parents and Toddlers Group (Blumen Tots) to be based at GZ Bachwiesen, Bachwiesenstr 40, 8047-Zurich (67 & 80 Zuri-Bus). The Group is aimed at parents with tots aged 0 to 4 years.

Blumen Tots will meet every Friday between 9.45 am and 11.15 am and will probably start late-summer. Activities on offer for tots will include play; music and rhyme; crafts; stories and snacks - and of course refreshments for parents.

Basically so far it will be made up out of the English speakers who meet up at Kinderhaus entlisberg at the swiss family meeting point. butzenstr. _bus no. 70 stop verenastrasse- Wednesdays from 1430-1730. thats free as it's organised by stadt zürich. come along if you're interested and we can have a chat. If you can't come let me know. I'm trying to get around 10 people to start off the group. probably from late summer. The room is 70chf per family per 6 months, so you'll have to commit for this period.

I have not found any playgroups yet in Thalwil, but if you want we can meet up....Starbucks seems to be the place where lots of mums meet!!!
