What's the procedure in Switzerland to obtain own medical records, and in particular MRT scans?
The hospital under question is HUG in Geneva.
Also, can a doctor obtain such records with permission?

I think you can just ask. Some places in Lausanne want you to take them, as they have no room for all the scans. There's also normally no problem getting them sent to your doctor and in fact in my experience it's been pretty efficient.

Just ask. I have copied of nearly all of my scans, in most cases I was just given them without asking.
