I need an appointment with a female gynaecologist ASAP to obtain another prescription for birth control pills. Everyone I call is booked for the next three months or longer, any one have a referral advice?

This thread has some advice that might bridge the gap until you can get an appointment. I've never run into 2-3 month waits when trying to get in to see a doctor, so no advice there (sorry). Could it be that because you specifically want to see a woman, there are fewer available and hence the wait? I think I was able to get an appt within a couple of weeks (with the first doc I tried, albeit a male one).

You can also just go to a GP or Allgemeinmedizin. I had an appointment and renewed script within a week.
