does anyone have any advice on separation and leaving switzerland with children.

I am 40 with a swiss husband (20 years older than me) we have been married 8 years and have a 2 year old child. Things have become to a point where i wish to return to the uk to be with my family. i have swiss and british nationality so does my daughter.

after 8 years of living in zurich I am very homesick. my husband says he will never move to england. I wanted some advice as to whether i am allowed to separate and take our daughter back to the uk without his permission or must he agree?

any advice on this tricky and sad situation appreciated!
