I have an 11 month old and just moved to Switzerland, does anyone know a nice, english speaking pediatrician in Lausanne (EPFL area, St. Sulpice or close)? Thanks a lot!

Sorry nobody has replied to your query. Can't specifically recommend a paediatrician to you in those areas, but you will find that most (if not all) are English speaking. You can get a list of all the paediatricians from the Children's Hospital reception (Hopital de l'enfance).

This is the official website of Swiss Medical Association, you can search for doctors by filtering for language spoken and city where they work.
However, even if it's not mentioned that they speak English, practically most (if not all) of them do. (that's my experience, already tried many, but not yet found the final one...)

I have an excellent Pediatrician but she is in Lutry. Her English is very good.

I use one in bussigny near morges, dr oberson he speaks english, french and german the receptionist also speaks good english.
